Turning The Fly Wheel by JIM COLLINS , is in my view a very good companion to any organization leader ship. It helps leader ship focus and determine what powers their organization or business thus focusing on core drivers and what makes the organization successful and how each element feeds the fly wheel. It is written in such a way that makes easy to existing business or even start ups to be if it from following the ideas of this book .

When I started reading the book Lebanon A HISTORY 600 - 2011 I did not realize that I am embarking on a journey that captivated me by the way the writing flows , the ease it narrates facts making them perfectly understandable to the non expert reader. I have not finished the book but I look forward to go back to it in my spare time.
